Jake Erling

Jake is an award-winning black belt who has been teaching Karate at OOAL for the last three years. His classes teach technique, style, power, discipline and respect.  Jake earned a black belt in Karate in 1991 when he was 15 years old.  He still competes in black belt tournaments and teaches martial arts classes at Out on a Limb in St. Paul and My Gym In Eden Prairie.  Jake is proud to be one of the few people in the world with Cystic Fibrosis who has earned a black belt.   He started training in the martial arts at age 6 to improve his health.
